Let's start with a short Proust questionnaire to get to know you. The aim is to respond spontaneously to the points below in a few words or a maximum of one sentence.

‍

Your first move in the morning when you arrive at the office

Julien's response: Greet and shake hands with all my colleagues

In your working day, the most enjoyable task

Julien's response: When I helped a teammate solve their problem

And the most unpleasant task:

Julien's response: Reply to my emails

‍
The quality you are looking for in others:

Julien's response: Let them be active

Your worst professional anxiety:

Julien's response: Being forced to do things that don't meet my values

Your best professional memory:

Julien's response: Manage a web and mobile application development team. Creating the team from scratch, anything was allowed. I had a wide range of possibilities

‍
What did you do with your very first salary:

Julien's response: I was an intern, I bought a brand new computer monitor

Your occupation, favorite hobby:

Julien's response: Co-managing a theater group, which takes up a lot of time and energy but I love it!

‍

Your main character trait:

Julien's response: The determination

‍

The country where you would like to live if you did not live in France:

Julien's response: India

‍
The other job you would have liked to do:

Julien's response: Light manager

‍
An inventor, scientist, or person known for illustrating a new banknote:

Julien's response: Blaise Pascal

‍

What technology are you passionate about:

Julien's response : It's not really a technology but I would say Man, with a capital H. I will always be amazed to see the ideas and innovations that he could develop.

What is your motto?

Julien's response : β€œDo your best!”

‍

Second part: Interview on the use of Weloop

‍

The objective is to know more about your activity and your collaboration with Weloop, and to know your level of satisfaction both in the use of the tool and in the support we provide you. You can tell us anything, this time with no word limit πŸ™‚

‍

Can you describe the activity of your business in general terms?

Julien's response: Our role is to deliver products and services around composites that are used for mobility around the world.

‍

Can you describe the activity of your department in general terms?

Julien's response: My teams are there to respond to group issues around product & service standards, and customers. We serve the entire Group, we help the Group to transform itself to become β€œData Driven”

‍

What is the application used for in your business ?

Julien's response: It is an application of the Group's Product and Services repository

‍

What technology is used for this application?

Julien's response: We use Angular technology on the front end and JavaspringBoot/Kafka/MongoDB for the back

‍

What led you to use Weloop? What were your problems?

Julien's response: I needed to have the shortest possible communication loop between test users and the development team. My only desire and objective was to save as much time as possible to ensure the GoLive date that was known and could not change. Because we had very strong constraints on the GoLive date.
‍

And your expectations, goals? What did you expect?

Julien's response: I wanted a tool that was simple to set up, practical and easy to use, without requiring hours of user training. It had to be available quickly, in Plug & Play mode, without complex configuration.

‍

What are the notable results you've seen since using Weloop?

Julien's response: Thanks to Weloop, we were able to really receive qualitative feedback on the problems encountered by users, which were not perceived by the development team. They ranged from minor problems such as typos to bigger problems such as process problems or user experience problems for example. It allowed us to brush up on all types of problems. And because we have users who are based all over the world, we could see issues happening at any time frame possible. If we had only relied on the development team, we would not have seen them.

‍

Have you experienced any constraints, challenges or obstacles when implementing Weloop on your application ?

Julien's response: No, none. But I think it's because we had several years of experience with Weloop on other projects, so the implementation was very easy. The only constraint I could face, if I had to face one, would be the fact that I am dependent on Weloop to change my environment (UAT environment, PROD environment), it would have been nice to be able to do it alone. [Editor's note: Since the interview, this is now possible]

‍

What do you like the most about the solution?

Julien's response: The fact that it is Plug&Play, a tool available without any particular settings, which is added to the existing website and can be used directly from the application.

‍

What do you like the least? What improvements would you like to see?

Julien's response: It would be nice to be able to access the back office directly from the website, without it being a separate URL. And the ability to add attachments to News and FAQ articles. [Editor's note: we are working on these topics right now]

‍

What would you do if this solution were taken away from you?

Julien's response: I would try to recreate Weloop with the resources I have available internally, but it seems complicated to me.

‍

And what do you think of our collaboration?

Julien's response: I find you very reactive in resolving the problems we may encounter and in our exchanges. And it's super nice to know that we can count on you like that.

‍

Number of stars to know your level of satisfaction, one star being the minimum rating, five stars the maximum

Julien's response: 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Frankly, I have nothing to complain about. My goals were achieved, everything was very simple, so I am very satisfied.

‍

Would you recommend Weloop to your professional relationships?

Julien's response: Yes, if project managers are looking for a very short problem-solving loop on applications at the beginning of development. That's why Weloop is magical!
